By engaging ShadowLight Studio to provide services, you agree our terms and conditions.
All photos are digitally optimised and supplied by download link.
Responsibility cannot be taken for loss or damage to items moved for the benefit of the photograph.
If a property, subject, location etc. is not well presented the photographer may choose to assist in preparation of the area for photography. This can only be done within the designated shoot time, and will often lead to reduced numbers of images being provided.
Additional “photoshopping” is sometimes available however additional charges will apply. Legal restrictions may apply for editing which does not represent a true portrayal of the subject.
It is the responsibility of the client to request talent release forms. Unless it has been arranged, talent release forms will not be organised by ShadowLight Studio.
ShadowLight Studio will not sell or share your information with any other person or organisation except where sharing of some details is necessary in order to complete the assignment.
Copyright / Use of Images
The client will have rights to use the images for the intended purpose as outlined at the time of booking. Any additional use or transfer of images to a 3rd party must be approved by ShadowLight Studio.
ShadowLight Studio retains the right to use the images for its own purposes including but not limited to advertising and promotion of its services. If exclusive rights to the images is required that must be discussed and purchased prior to commencement of the assignment.
‘Images’ refers to any product produced by ShadowLight Studio (including soundtrack and voiceover). The ‘Client’ is referred to as the entity that is making final payment for the service.
Prices stated include GST.
Cancellation fees apply for limited notice:
Under 4 hrs – 15% of booking cost
Under 2 hrs – 25% of booking cost
Cancelled on site – 50% of booking cost
Invoices must be paid within 14 days of issue. Unless other arrangements have been made overdue invoices will incur a 5% late fee. Invoices overdue by more than 28 days will incur an additional $25 administration fee in addition to the 5% late fee.
In the event that you are unhappy with your photos or products for any reason, we will assess and attempt to correct the issue by redoing the necessary items. If redoing is not possible or practical we will consider a full or partial refund not exceeding the value of the invoiced job.
Some locations are not suitable for Aerial Video & Photography; additional equipment may be required, therefore prices for UAV bookings are not guaranteed until location of shoot is confirmed.
